We have also recently launched our lead generation commission structure. Our partners will receive $5 for their customers which submit a form to see if their insurance provider covers the cost of their bed. If the sale is successful, we will then reward our partners with an additional 5% CPA.

 

In Ohio - A customer will fill out the form and you will get a $5 lead payout then. If the lead form is good, we will check the insurance and try to get them to pay for a bed. Then if insurance approves it, we will send out a bed and then insurance will pay us within 30days. Then we will issue a bonus to the affiliate for 5% of the amount paid to us. This can be between $2500-$6620 depending on insurance and coverage the customer has. Normally 30-60 days.
