We give you 30 days from receipt to return your new Safe Place Bed travel bed. If you decide to return our product,  please email us at Limitless@safeplacebedding.com notifying us of return and send bed to 54 Priest lane Newark Ohio 43055 within the 30 day period. Please label bed return with order number. After inspection of bed and no damage is found a refund will be issued.  All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Any damaged parts or missing items during shipment will be replaced. Please notify Safe Place Bedding, LLC immediately if there are issues with your shipment.

Safe Place Bedding, LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, mistreatment or damages due to washing and or worn fabrics in areas of usage.

Safe Place Bedding, LLC provides a Limited Full 1 year Warranty – The Safe Place bed is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Safe Place Bedding, LLC  will replace any defective beds at no cost to the purchaser. 

Safe Place reserves the right to reject any claim, and provide a full refund instead if we believe our bed is not a good solution for your special needs loved one. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the bed. For international customers, we do not cover custom fees.

 

Note: Most leaks are due to a valve that is not sealed properly. If there is not an apparent puncture, please follow these instructions. Take white valve’s out of clear inflation points. One at a time wipe off white valves with moist rag then reinsert white valves back into clear inflation points. Refill each chamber and reinsert clear plug into center of white valve. Please check this during the daytime before sleeping in it. If this does not resolve the problem, then complete and submit the warranty form below.

 

 To file a claim please fill out a Warranty Claims form. After we receive form one of are customer representatives will contact you. *If you ordered your bed through store other than our online store, please notify them of warranty as well as filing out the form below.
