We are so sure about our billing process, we offer a $500 guarantee! If we can't get your bed covered and another DME does, we will give you $500! To be eligible for the $500, you will need to meet the criteria below:  

• Safe Place Bedding must be in contract with the insurance/Medicaid being billed.
• Safety bed by another DME must be within $500 price of billed amount for the Safe Place Bed.
• Customer must work with Safe Place Bedding through two denials, including Safe Place adding documentation to help get you approved. (Customer must not do a phone appeal.) 
• Customer must have reapplied through the other DME within 60 days of denial from Safe Place.  
• Customer must have given Safe Place Bedding and the other DME the same paperwork.
