All you need to do is fill out a short form and a questionnaire! Then Safe Place Bedding does all the heavy lifting after that! 

  • We collect all the paperwork needed from your doctor. (with most DME's you get the paperwork)
  • You will work with your assigned Safe Place staff member through your entire billing process. They will be reachable via email, call or txt for questions. 
  • After receiving, we will submit your paperwork to your insurance company for prior authorization. If approved, we send out your bed!
  • If we get a denial back, we have a Physical Therapist on staff to conduct a virtual visit and help write a Letter of Medical Necessity.  (No other DME will offer you this!!) 
  • After approval we will ship the bed to your home and schedule a time to come put it together, if needed.
